What is the difference between an integrated solution and an agentic solution?
An integrated solution is one surface your people work in, with one record, one workflow and one dashboard over the systems you already run, and it is still a surface you operate. An agentic solution adds an agent for each job on that surface, acting through the applications, with the obvious steps run without you and the money waiting for your digit.
Do we have to replace the applications we run?
No. The integrated and the agentic solutions both connect the applications you already run, through their published APIs with keys from your own instance. Replacing a system is a decision taken when it genuinely cannot do the job, not a default.
What does each cost to start?
Services are quoted by the outcome, not the hours. An integrated solution is built for a professional services fee: either a larger upfront fee, or a lower fee plus a monthly managed services fee with a minimum term, which recoups the build. An agentic solution is licensed, which is the subscription, and sold with managed services and advisory services. We templatize our solutions as far as we can, so customization for each client stays small. The proposal carries the figures after a short discovery conversation, and the estimate is guaranteed: if we estimate low, we absorb the difference.
How do we choose?
No-Risk Discovery is a short, practical conversation that gets you clarity before you commit to anything big. We tell you if we are a fit. If we are not, we tell you that too.
