The paradigm shift

From applications that record and route to agentic surfaces that reason and act.

One surface over the applications you already run. An agent for each job reads across them, decides the next step and acts, with you approving the outcome; and the conversation beside your screen knows which screen you are on and which step of the work you are in.

That is a paradigm shift, not a feature. We built the first ones, and we run them for clients as managed solutions.

The picture is the proof. Run it yourself in the self-guided demo, or follow the three cycles screen by screen.

The paradigm in one picture: one surface over an AI control plane over the platforms you already run.Three layers, read bottom to top: the platforms and applications a company already runs (CRM, Team chat, Help desk, File store, HR and people, Projects, Commerce, Payments, Website and CMS, Analytics and BI, Inventory and ERP, Calendar and email, E-signature, Marketing automation, Accounting); the AI control plane with an agent for each job (Reads across the applications, Decides the next step, Acts through the APIs, Waits for your digit on money, Logs every run), agents reading records from the platforms and writing actions back; and on top the one surface, a device frame with the screen the person is on and the conversation pane beside it. The surface cycles through three contexts, Lead record (qualify), Campaign board (review spend), Renewal report (plan the week), and the agent's suggestion changes with the screen and the step. One surfaceHarbor Supply Co.Lead, created 4 days agoStageNewSourceWebinar, ERP readinessLast activityOpened pricing, twiceOpen ticketNoneOwnerUnassignedAGENTScreen: Lead recordStep: QualifyThis lead opened the pricing pagetwice and matches your bestaccounts. The paradigm

Record and route, or reason and act.

The shift is not a better application. It is a different kind of system, and a different thing to buy. The same screen, under the two paradigms.

  1. Record and route: Create, read, update, delete: the record is the product
Reason and act: One surface over the applications you already run
  2. Record and route: Workflow moves the record to the next person; the person does the thinking
Reason and act: An agent for each job reads across them and drafts the next step
  3. Record and route: Every application its own screen and its own copy of the customer
Reason and act: The obvious steps run without you; anything that costs money waits for your digit
  4. Record and route: Reports say what happened, after it happened
Reason and act: The brief says what to decide next, before the week starts
  5. Record and route: Bought as licences and configured features; measured in tickets closed
Reason and act: Bought as outcomes, as a managed subscription: a pipeline you can trace, a cost you can defend, a record you can audit

You do not operate the software. You approve the outcomes.

Configured applications. Each one set up for its own job, each with its own screen and its own copy of the customer. Software here records what happened and routes it to the next person; the thinking between the screens is yours.

  1. Your CRM

Every record lives here, behind filters nobody remembers.

Moving a lead to an opportunity is four screens, two of them to find the button. The customer is Harbor Supply Co. here. Hold that thought.

  2. Your marketing automation

    Campaigns are judged on sends.

The CRM never hears what came back. HarborSupply Inc opened the ERP readiness email twice; the account owner will find out at the renewal call.

  3. Your help desk

The ticket names a customer the CRM calls something else.

HSC has an export failing since the update. Sales is about to upsell them. Nobody in either application can see the other one.

  4. Your finance system

Billing starts when someone re-keys the deal.

Harbor Sup. gets an invoice from a quote typed in again by hand, a week after the signature, with one line wrong.

  5. Your spreadsheet

Seven exports. One tab. Every Monday.

The five windows now sit stacked behind it. The spreadsheet is the only place the business is one thing, and it is a copy, already stale.

Skins on the applications. One integrated surface your people work in, with one record, one workflow and one dashboard over the systems you already run. Every platform vendor is building toward it, and it is still a surface you operate.

Audit log. 11 automated, 2 approved by you

  1. A lead arrives

Vetted, recorded, assigned. Not by you.

A lead arrives from the ERP readiness page. The agent vets it, creates the record, assigns the owner by rule and posts one line in the chat. Four steps, none of them yours.

    AI marketing solution
  2. You say it

Say it, and it is done.

"Convert this lead to an opportunity." The opportunity appears with its stage and amount; three tasks are created and assigned, badged done without you.

    AI marketing solution
  3. One digit

    One digit where it matters.

The agent books the call and drafts the follow-up in your voice, then asks: 1 yes, 2 no, 3 change something. You reply 1. Sent, logged, approved by you.

    Behavioral healthcare solution
  4. The deal closes

The deal closes. Four systems move.

The quote becomes an invoice in finance and a delivery project opens with its owners, both badged done without you. Nothing re-keyed, every move logged with the rule it came from.

    Light manufacturing, e-commerce and 3PL
  5. The record

A pipeline you can trace. A cost you can defend. A record you can audit.

Eleven steps automated, two approved by you, every one in the log with who and when. That is the third rung of the ladder, and it is where our clients run.

    Customer success solution
  6. Monday morning

The week is already proposed. You decide.

Overnight the system read the pipeline, the market and the numbers and proposed the week: three decisions for you, each a one-digit answer, the steps under them already done. This is the part people get a day later. Not one application with orchestration bolted on, but the strategic work of running the function, thought through faster and more thoroughly on the data you already have, with you deciding.

Where we already are

We are driving the shift.

The three eras above are not a forecast. The third one runs today, on our own business and on our clients’, and every claim on this page sits next to the thing that proves it.

  1. 4,442 hours

Of work in the first twenty days.

What AI Marketing OS delivered in its first twenty days, by industry-typical task times for the same work.

The effort model, 1 to 20 September 2026
  2. 1,380 hours a month

Delivered by the routines, every month.

The nightly reads, the weekly slate, the daily pull and the monthly review, as they run today.

    The designed routines
  3. 400 dollars a month

    Of tooling, before media.

The all-in cost of the function’s software, so the cost of every outcome can be defended.

The all-in cost, published on Insights
  4. 20 posts and 10 videos a week

    Planned, produced, published and measured.

By the system; a person approves each one with one digit.

    The weekly slate
  5. 6 solutions

Each run as a managed subscription.

Each an agentic surface over the applications its industry already runs, with its own persona, gates and run log.

    The six solutions
  1. We built the first ones.

Six industry solutions, each an agentic surface over the applications that industry already runs, each with its own persona, its own gates and its own record of every run.

    The six solutions
  2. We run one on ourselves.

AI Marketing OS began as our own need and runs CodeStringers’ marketing: twenty posts and ten videos a week, the paid search, the measurement and the all-in cost, on 400 dollars a month of tooling before media. The site you are reading is one of its outputs, its pages, copy, design system and releases produced and maintained by the solution through the same gates a client would use. Its first twenty days delivered 4,442 hours of work by industry-typical task times; its routines deliver about 1,380 hours a month.

    The all-in cost
  3. You can watch it work.

The self-guided demo is the system itself, not a slide: themes to pieces to campaigns, every dollar behind a gate a person holds, every action in the log, in twelve minutes.

    Run the Self-Guided Demo
  4. We run them for clients.

Every solution is sold as a managed solution: the software, the integration to your platforms, the people who keep it running and the advice that keeps the inputs sound, for one monthly subscription.

    What is included

A paradigm shift is proved by what runs, not by what is announced. These run.

How we architect, build, integrate and deliver them at scale is a capability of its own: agentic solution development.

What people say a day later

On the day: this is a lot to take in. A day later: now I get it.

Everyone we show AI Marketing OS says the same two things.

On the day

This is almost too much to digest, and no doubt it changes the game.

Twenty-four hours later

Now I get it.

What lands the second day is this. It is not one application with orchestration bolted on. It offloads the strategic part of running a business function, or a company: the system helps the executive think, strategise and plan faster and more thoroughly, on the data the business already has. The executive decides.

What the system takes on.

  • Reads the pipeline, the market and the numbers, every night
  • Proposes the week, the budget and the next move, with its reasons
  • Runs the obvious steps and logs each one with who and when

What stays yours.

  • The decisions, one digit each
  • The money, always: nothing that costs moves without your 1
  • The direction: what the function is for this quarter

The screens stay for whoever wants them. The thinking moved to the brief, and the deciding stayed with you.

Experience-driven solutions

We Don't Start With the Applications. We Start With the Work.

Every digital enablement solution begins with the people who use it. We identify what they're trying to accomplish, map the journeys they follow, design the workflows and data they need, and only then decide which technologies should support the experience.

  1. 01 Personas
  2. 02 Journeys
  3. 03 Design
  4. 04 Architecture
  5. 05 Outcomes
  1. Personas

We start with the people who do the work.

The operations lead, the rep, the person who closes the books: who they are, what they need to get done, and where the day goes wrong.

  2. Journeys

Then the way the work actually moves.

We map each journey across the organization, with its decisions, its handoffs between people and systems, and the exceptions that break it.

  3. Design

The future state, drawn before anything is bought.

Processes, data, automation and the user experience, designed as one blueprint over the journeys, so each application has a job before it has a licence.

  4. Architecture

    Only now, the technology.

The platforms you run, third-party systems and custom software, assembled into one architecture under the blueprint, each box owning the records it is best at.

  5. Outcomes

    One operating experience, measured.

One connected way of working, with results that are measured from the first week and improve over time.

  1. Step 1: User Personas.

We understand the people who do the work and what they need to achieve.

  2. Step 2: Journeys & Workflows.

We map how work flows across your organization, including decisions, handoffs, and exceptions.

  3. Step 3: Solution Design.

We design the future state solution: processes, data, automation, and user experience.

  4. Step 4: Technology Architecture.

We assemble the platforms you run, third-party systems, and custom software into a unified architecture.

  5. Step 5: Business Outcomes.

One connected operating experience. Measurable results that improve over time.

Our Engagement Model
Two hands holding puzzle pieces that do not meet.
The root cause

The Problem Isn't the Applications. It's the Gaps Between Them.

Each system may do its job well. The failures happen where work crosses applications, departments, and vendors: when information has to be re-entered, decisions depend on someone's memory, or nobody owns the end-to-end workflow.

And fragmented technology usually creates fragmented accountability.

Everyone owns their application. Nobody owns the complete operating experience.

Our Integrated Model
An accountable technology partner

One Partner Across the Entire Solution Lifecycle.

Building the right solution requires more than application configuration. Strategy, systems integration, software engineering, and ongoing operations have to stay connected.

These practices are how we deliver the industry solutions.

Fractional Technology Leadership.

We act as an extension of your leadership team to align people, processes and technology with business goals.

  • Technology roadmaps
  • Process & org alignment
  • KPIs & value realization

Business Systems Integration.

We design and integrate the platforms you already run, CRM, marketing automation, support, finance, with your critical systems and data.

  • Integration architecture
  • Automation & workflows
  • Data & governance

Custom Software Development.

We build custom software capabilities that extend your platforms and solve what's unique about your business.

  • Portals & experiences
  • Integrations & APIs
  • Custom web & mobile apps

Managed Technical Operations.

We operate, monitor and continuously improve your solutions so they stay reliable and aligned to business needs.

  • Managed services
  • Monitoring & support
  • Continuous improvement

Strategy does not end when implementation starts. Responsibility does not end at go-live.

How We Work
See it run

The self-guided demo of AI Marketing OS.

Twelve minutes, one marketing function run as a governed system: themes to pieces to campaigns, every dollar behind a gate you hold, every action in the log.

The same scenes, the plan proposed, the spend gate held, the pieces published and the result measured, play as short clips on the AI marketing solution page.

Where this runs today

How a solution is delivered

What a managed solution includes.

You adopt the paradigm; we run it. Every solution we sell is a managed solution: the software, its integration to the platforms you already run, the people who keep it running, and the advice that keeps what goes into it sound. One subscription, four parts.

  • The software.

The solution and its surface: the agents, the routines, the gates, and the record of every run. Released as versions, tested before each one reaches you.

  • The integration.

Connected to the platforms you already run, CRM, marketing, finance, help desk, through their own APIs, with every write read back and logged.

  • Managed operations.

The people and the monitoring that keep it running: connections tested daily, a regression fixed before you see it, upgrades applied, administration done, questions answered.

  • Advisory.

The strategic work that keeps the inputs sound. A system runs what it is given, and poorly conceived themes produce failed campaigns, so a senior person reviews the plan, the targets and the results with you.

How it is sold

As a subscription: one monthly price for the software, the integration, the operations and the advice, in tiers for each solution set by how much of it you use in a month. No hourly billing and no change order for a routine fix.

Who it is for

Operationally complex businesses that want the outcome run for them, not another application to staff. If what you need today is hours of configuration or integration work on your own platform, that is on our services pages and we take it on; the managed solutions are where we are going. Our services

Where we're not the right answer

Not Every Business Needs What We Do. And That's the Point.

We're not a reseller who forces every problem into one product. The platform you already run when it fits, a different one when it doesn't. If the honest answer is a different tool, or no tool at all, we'll tell you that instead. And we will say which of two things you are buying: services work by the hour on your own platform, which we take on today, or a managed solution we run for you, which is where we are going.

  • You're already deep into a competing stack that works. A working system is not a problem to solve. We will say so.
  • A new platform is not always the answer. When the one you run is, we know how to get the most value from it.
  • You want hours, not an outcome. Configuration and integration work by the hour is on our services pages, and we take it on. Our long-term focus is the managed solutions: software, integration, operations and advice for one subscription.
  • Not sure? Let's talk. We'll help you make the right call, including the call to do nothing yet.
How we start

Most of our best clients come to us with a feeling, not a plan.

"Something isn't working." "We're outgrowing our tools." "We're afraid to make the wrong move." No-Risk Discovery is a short, practical conversation that gets you clarity before you commit to anything big. We'll tell you if we're a fit. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.
