Zoho CRM Plus Cost in 2026: What the Bundle Actually Runs You

A prospect called us last month convinced they needed six separate subscriptions: a CRM, a help desk, an email marketing tool, a social scheduler, a survey app, and something to tie the reporting together. They'd already priced it out and nearly signed. Before they did, our Zoho CRM consultants ran the same stack through one line item — Zoho CRM Plus — and the math changed their week. Most buyers researching the Zoho CRM Plus cost are doing exactly that comparison, usually after a spreadsheet of point tools has quietly crept past what a bundled suite would charge.
Zoho CRM Plus costs $57 per user per month billed annually, or $69 per user per month billed month-to-month (US pricing, 2026 — re-verify at publish, since Zoho geo-serves local currency). That single price covers a bundle of roughly a dozen integrated apps: Zoho CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Social, Projects, Analytics, Survey, SalesIQ, and a handful of supporting tools. There are no per-app tiers to stack inside CRM Plus — you pay one rate, everyone on it gets everything.
What exactly is Zoho CRM Plus?
Zoho CRM Plus is a unified customer-experience suite that bundles Zoho's sales, marketing, and support apps under one login, one admin panel, and one price. Instead of buying and wiring together separate products, you get them pre-integrated so a support ticket, a marketing campaign, and a sales deal all reference the same customer record.
The bundle currently includes Zoho CRM (sales), Desk (help desk), Campaigns (email marketing), Social (social media management), Projects (project management), Analytics (cross-app reporting), Survey (feedback), SalesIQ (live chat and visitor tracking), plus SalesInbox, Marketing Automation, PageSense, Zoho Meeting, and Cliq. That's the value proposition: one contract instead of a dozen renewal dates.
What does Zoho CRM Plus cost per user?
The list price is $57/user/month on an annual contract and $69/user/month if you pay monthly — so annual billing saves about 17%. A 10-person team runs $6,840 a year annually versus $8,280 paying month-to-month. The whole team has to be on the same plan; you can't put three people on CRM Plus and mix in cheaper CRM seats for the rest under the same subscription.
Why does a bundle at this price hold up? Because CRM done right pays back more than it costs. Nucleus Research found that CRM returns $8.71 for every dollar spent, and the return climbs when sales, support, and marketing share one data layer instead of emailing spreadsheets across tools. The bundle's real leverage is removing the integration tax you'd otherwise pay in engineering time or a systems integrator's invoice.
What's included that you'd otherwise buy separately?
Price the parts individually and the bundle logic gets obvious. Zoho Desk alone runs $40–$50/user/month at its upper tiers; Campaigns, Social, Analytics, and SalesIQ each carry their own subscription. Stack four or five of those and you're already near — or past — the $57 CRM Plus rate, before you've spent an hour making them talk to each other.
That "make them talk" cost is the hidden one. The average organization now uses 106 SaaS applications, per BetterCloud's 2025 State of SaaS report, and every added tool is another integration, another login, another renewal, and another place customer data can drift out of sync. CRM Plus collapses part of that sprawl into a single vendor relationship. One of our manufacturing clients retired four standalone subscriptions when they moved to CRM Plus — the savings were real, but the bigger win was that their support team finally saw the same customer history their sales team did.
How does CRM Plus compare to buying Zoho CRM alone?
Zoho CRM on its own is cheaper if all you need is a CRM. The standalone editions run $14 (Standard), $23 (Professional), $40 (Enterprise), and $52 (Ultimate) per user per month, billed annually. So a pure sales team on CRM Enterprise pays $40 — $17 less than CRM Plus.
The break-even is simple: the moment you'd buy even one more Zoho app — Desk for support, Campaigns for marketing, Analytics for reporting — CRM Plus usually wins on both price and integration effort. If your team lives entirely in the sales pipeline and touches nothing else, standalone CRM is the right call. We walk through the standalone tiers in detail in our Zoho CRM pricing guide, and the setup side in our breakdown of Zoho CRM implementation cost. A clean Zoho integration between CRM and your existing tools sometimes beats jumping to the full suite — it depends on what you already run.
When does Zoho One beat CRM Plus?
Zoho One is the everything bundle — 40-plus apps including Books, Inventory, Recruit, People, and Creator, on top of the CRM Plus lineup. It's priced two ways: $37/user/month on the all-employee plan (you license every employee on payroll) or $90/user/month on the flexible-user plan (license only active users), both billed annually.
The all-employee math is what surprises people. If you'd license your whole company and use apps well beyond sales and support — accounting, HR, inventory, custom apps — Zoho One at $37/employee can undercut CRM Plus per head while giving you far more software. CRM Plus wins when only a customer-facing subset of your staff needs tooling and you don't need the back-office apps. A 50-person company where only 12 people touch customers pays for 12 CRM Plus seats; the same company going Zoho One pays for all 50 under the all-employee rule.
Pricing at a glance
Plan | Price (billed annually) | Best for | What you get |
Zoho CRM (Enterprise) | $40/user/mo | Sales-only teams | CRM alone, no support/marketing apps |
Zoho CRM Plus | $57/user/mo | Sales + support + marketing | ~12 pre-integrated CX apps, one price |
Zoho One (flexible user) | $90/user/mo | Power users needing 40+ apps | Full app catalog, licensed per active user |
Zoho One (all-employee) | $37/user/mo | Whole-company standardization | Full catalog, must license every employee |
Figures are US list prices for 2026 and should be re-verified at publish, since Zoho serves local currency by region.
Who should not buy Zoho CRM Plus?
Plenty of teams. If you only need a sales CRM and won't touch Desk, Campaigns, or Analytics, you're overpaying by $17/user/month for apps that sit idle — buy standalone CRM. If you want to standardize your entire company on one platform, including finance, HR, and inventory, skip past CRM Plus to Zoho One's all-employee plan, where the per-head cost is lower and the app catalog is much larger.
And if you have a small support-only or marketing-only team, buying the two or three apps you actually use à la carte can beat the bundle. CRM Plus is a middle-of-the-funnel product: it shines when a customer-facing team of a dozen or more needs sales, support, and marketing working off one record — and it's the wrong buy at both the "just a CRM" and "run the whole company on it" ends.
The short version
Zoho CRM Plus costs $57/user/month annually and buys you a pre-integrated suite that would cost more — in both subscriptions and integration labor — assembled à la carte. It beats standalone CRM the moment you need a second Zoho app, and it loses to Zoho One when you want to run your whole company on the platform. The right answer hinges on how many of those apps you'll genuinely use and how many people need them. If you're not sure where your team lands, book a free Zoho consultation and we'll model the actual cost against your headcount — a good Business systems consultant can save you more in avoided seats than the call ever costs.
